Stratton is a house builder with sites across Southern England. We have 1,100 houses and flats underway in the development cycle, with an open market value of £270 million and 840 more units in the pipeline. We build homes that are in the Help to Buy scheme, which are affordable for couples and families who are on average incomes in the UK.

Stratton is active on sites in Crawley, Poole, Highbridge, Minehead, Eastbourne and Dover, with sites in Harlow, Ashford, Ramsgate and Basingstoke to follow shortly. We build houses, flats and bungalows on sites in Southern England, except for central London. Building from foundations and civils to fit-out and practical completion.

Stratton typically partners with affordable homes providers on its sites, with some houses and flats becoming affordable products, even though they are not s106 units. Our specification is at the top end of the Help to Buy market and our sale price is all inclusive - there are no extras.
